Introduction

HS Limousine LLC is a registered Livery Service. We reserve the right of final decision and Terms and Conditions and also reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions.

Definition in these Terms & Conditions (T&C)

“We”, “Us”, “Our” and “The Company” all mean HS Limousine LLC.

“You”, “Customer” means the person who books our services through our website & phone calls.

Terms Of Use

No smoking is allowed, and the use of drugs is not permitted in the vehicle. Alcohol is not allowed except in stretch limos with a partition. Customer(s) are responsible for any damage caused during the use of the vehicle and will be charged the actual cost to repair the damage. $250 will be charged for vomit that requires special cleaning.

Vehicle Capacity

Passenger(s) safety is our top priority. We provide fully insured, safe, and comfortable vehicles for our customers. Seatbelts must be worn at all times by all passengers, and luggage should not exceed the vehicle capacity as specified by the manufacturer.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is confirmed and there is a change to the original plan, changes can be made by calling HS Limousine LLC at 860 719 0787. There will be no charge if the reservation is cancelled 48-72 hours prior to the scheduled service time. However, a cancellation fee will be charged if the request for services is cancelled with less than 24-hour notice from the scheduled service time. The cancellation fee is 50% if cancelled within 24 hours, 70% if cancelled within 8 hours, and 100% if the vehicle has already left the headquarters. For hourly reservations, the late cancellation fee is equal to the hourly minimum.

No-Show Policy

In case of flight delays & cancellations, it is the client(s) responsibility to inform us about the change and must change or cancel the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. In the event passenger(s) fail to cancel or meet the chauffeur at the designated pick-up area, a No Show Fee will be charged, and airport fees, tolls, and parking fees will also apply.

Waiting Time

For airport pick-ups, customer(s) will not be charged for the first 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. Wait time is charged after the grace period. For pick-ups from home & other locations, passenger(s) have 15 minutes of grace time, and waiting time will apply after the grace period.

Tolls & Parking

Two-way tolls are charged where tolls are applicable. Parking & park entrance fees are charged at cost.

Extra Stops

Customer(s) will be charged extra if they decide to make a stop(s) along the way. $20 will be charged if the stop is within the town and $25 for stops out of town. If the stop extends to 30 minutes, the trip automatically becomes hourly.

Holidays

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. A minimum charge of $100 will be added for services on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Independence Day, Labor Day & Memorial Day.

Hourly Bookings/Garage to Garage

For all hourly bookings, charges are based on garage to garage. Time starts when the vehicle(s) leaves the headquarters and ends when it returns to the garage. There are minimum hours that you can book the vehicle. For weddings & proms, a 3-hour minimum applies. For funerals and all others, a 2-hour minimum applies.

Baby Seats

Customers must bring their own baby seats due to child age and weight limits. However, if they want HS Limousine LLC to provide one, they need to inform us during the booking. A charge of $20 will be added to the ride for a child seat.

Off Hours

A $15 fee will be added to the trip as a separate charge if the pickup occurs between the hours of 12 AM and 5 AM.
